This particular artwork was done by an artist named Laszlo Bagi he focuses on turning anything flat into 3D masterpieces. Laszlo Bagi focuses on shapes and making them 3D, the particular art form that he uses is 21st century optical art. Bagi advised "the computer graphics have reformed op art and and revolutionized the representation of images. The special colors and light effects can be helpful in developing stereoscopic vision and can be great teaching aids."
